around beautiful historic houses.
Explore the enchanting National Trust properties of Montacute,
Barrington Court, Tintinhull and Lytes Cary. Formally designed with
walled 'rooms', fountains and lawns. Discover the cottage gardens of
East Lambrook Manor and Lower Severalls where profuse herbaceous borders
provide a mass of colour and interest from spring to autumn. The
medieval properties of Forde Abbey and Cothay Manor provide a graceful
setting for spectacular bog gardens, rich borders and trees.
Hestercombe's constantly evolving 40 acres of restored woodland and
romantic formal terraces are a must for garden lovers.
