Elderflower cordial & pressé; we press ripe blackcurrants
for that cordial; organic Sicilian lemons are pressed then
an extract from the rind is made to give the lemonade its
unique taste and we cook fresh organic ginger root to get
the fiery taste for the Organic Ginger cordial and Ginger
Beer.
